Not perfect, but worth it

The staff was incredibly friendly, and I was impressed with the delicious breakfast options provided. The pool area was enjoyable, making my stay more relaxing and fun.

Parking was limited due to events, creating minor inconveniences for guests. I noticed some miscommunication with event logistics, leading to a slightly frustrating experience.

Big hype, little substance

While the hotel boasts a nice, clean environment, my experience didn't quite live up to expectations. Despite friendly staff and good breakfast service, I felt the amenities fell short for the price. An inconsistent TV and noisy upstairs neighbors detracted from my comfort. I expected more considering the overall buzz.

It was a great fit for a holiday in Baytown with very good value for money. The pool and bathrooms by the pool were very clean, with plenty of towels. Make sure to check if amenities are included in the stay.

The hospitality from the staff was amazing and I can't forget how Veronica greeted us with a cute smile as soon as we walked in. Breakfast each morning was treated like a feast. Brenda and the rest of the breakfast team made sure everything was fresh and warm for us to enjoy.

It wasn't cheap but still acceptable when considering the quality provided.

my stay was great because it’s very accessible and just under 3 km from pirates bay water park, which made for a fun visit, and the hotel was nice and clean, providing a welcoming atmosphere to return to after my city strolls.

I had the most restful nights in the super comfy Queen Room with Two Queen Beds! The staff greeted us like family Plus, the breakfast was scrumptious, featuring made-to-order options that fueled our adventures!

I traveled solo for a wedding and was pleasantly surprised. Veronica at check-in was a total gem, making me feel super welcome! Breakfast was also a treat, thanks to Brenda who whipped up some tasty vegan options. Super clean room, but wifi should be included, not an extra charge. Overall, great vibes!

The place features a nice fitness center equipped with modern machines, perfect for staying active while on the road. The convenience of having a 24-hour Pavilion Pantry nearby means snacks are always accessible, especially if you’re running low on energy after a day of exploring.

The sliding barn doors on the bathroom were a bit awkward, lacking privacy due to the visible gaps. Not to mention, the toilet in the room I stayed in had flushing issues. Additionally, breakfast wasn’t complimentary, which caught me off guard since I assumed it would be included with the room rate. I had to rethink my breakfast plans for the kids, which was frustrating.

Can't recommend highly enough for a quick stopover
